Moving from the MidWest of America to Singapore was daunting at the very least but the opportunity to live abroad and experience new cultures was a driving force for us to seize the moment and go for it! We now have 6 months under our belts and the experience now is totally different that when we first arrived as rookies. I truly believe and can recommend that anyone with the opportunity to move overseas should definitely do it! Was it uncomfortable at times? YES. Was it stressful? YES. Was it a hassle? YES. Is it worth it? YES. We still have so much to see, do, experience yet but time flies as we all know so we try to savor every good, bad or crazy moment.
